The following is information about
Beaver Creek Colorado Real Estate & nearby Communities
THREE VILLAGES AND TWO TOWNS
Beaver Creek Mountain is home to three villages: Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead; and two towns: Avon and Edwards.
Beaver Creek Village
Beaver Creek Village, the main and eastern-most village, is truly the heart of the resort. Beaver Creek Village is full of quaint shops, art galleries, Ice Rink, Vilar Center for the Arts, bars and restaurants. There is access to Centennial chairlift and hiking & biking trails
Bachelor Gulch Village

Home to the The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch and a handful of condominiums and private homes. A perfect place to be if you wish to have mountain access in the middle of Beaver Creek Mountain and wish to be near the action of Beaver Creek village but not be in the middle of it! Bachelor Gulch does have a few Restaurants and an outdoor patio and bar. There is access to the mountain via chairlift, hiking and biking trails. Free dial-a-ride shuttles to Beaver Creek Village are available.
Arrowhead Village

Arrowhead is the western-most gateway to Beaver Creek. It offers seclusion coupled with excellent slope-side access to the western slopes of Beaver Creek. It is home to Falling Creek Restaurant, Broken Arrow Restaurant, many private homes and condominiums. Arrowhead is on the 'dial-a-ride' shuttle service so guests can access Beaver Creek Village (7 minutes) and is also nearby the quaint town of Edwards (4 minutes' drive).
Town of Avon
Located at the base of Beaver Creek Resort adjacent to the main welcome gate, Avon is host to many restaurants, shops and other amenities. Avon is small enough to walk around; however there is a free town shuttle that runs daily connecting the major dining and shopping hubs. Park in the free parking lot and take the complimentary shuttle to Beaver Creek Village.
Town of Edwards
Back in 1883, Edwards was a quiet little ranching and farming community. Today, it is a quaint town just three miles west of Beaver Creek, which is fast becoming the locals' favorite hang-out. The center of Edwards is a pedestrian mall called 'Riverwalk' - a second cluster of shops and restaurants 'The Corner at Edwards' is just across the street.
